We want ReceiptKite to save your firm real time. Every firm starts with 50 free documents and no card, so you can try it on your own clients’ paperwork before paying.

First payment: 14-day money-back guarantee

If ReceiptKite isn’t right for you, email support@receiptkite.com within 14 days of your first paid subscription payment and we’ll refund it in full. No questions asked.

Renewals

Monthly renewals aren’t refunded once the new period has started, but you can cancel at any time from Billing → Manage billing, and you keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Annual plans cancelled within 14 days of a renewal are refunded in full.

Problems on our side

If an outage or a fault on our side stopped you using ReceiptKite, contact us and we’ll credit or refund the affected period.

How refunds are paid

Our orders are processed by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the merchant of record. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
